What an AI Transformation Actually Feels Like From the Owner's Chair
Let me be straight with you.
I asked some of my closest friends to listen to this podcast. Most of them haven't. And it's not because they don't care. Nobody has 57 minutes. I get it.
So I'm not going to ask you for 57 minutes.
Give me ten seconds instead. There are a few clips on this page. Each one is a moment where I said something out loud that I'd been chewing on for a year.
We're in the middle of an AI transformation at TMC, our next Quantum Leap. Not the LinkedIn version. The real one, where you're trying to figure out how to bring your team along, which services still matter, and what you honestly don't have an answer for yet. I talked about all of it. Probably more honestly than I should have.
Some of it is about our people and how we're bringing them through this. If that sounds like a place you'd want to work, that's not an accident.
Here's the thing though. I don't have this figured out. I'm in the middle of it, same as you.
That's actually why I said yes to doing this. Not to teach anybody anything. Just to say out loud what this feels like from the owner's chair, in case somebody else is sitting in one wondering if it's just them.
It's not just you.
If a clip hits, go listen to the rest. If it doesn't, no worries at all. Appreciate you either way.
