Client Success Manager
Base salary + bonus (performance-based)
We are looking for a rockstar individual with a strong understanding of how to create and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth for our clients!
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Can confidently schedule and run client meetings.
- Is a great communicator, and understands how to build long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Has full-funnel marketing strategy and execution experience in the B2B space.
- Understands overall marketing strategy, aligning sales & marketing, and the HubSpot Flywheel.
- Has a passion for bringing new ideas to the table, as well as learning new skills.
- High attention to quality, accuracy and thoroughness required.
- Ability to work independently as part of a remote team.
- HubSpot Certifications are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
- Schedule and run client meetings.
- Send email reminders and follow up to clients.
- Manage tasks and oversee projects related to his/her clients.
- Create, deliver, and present analytical reports to clients.
- Own the HubSpot relationship for the client, and be the HubSpot point person for our clients.
- Run HubSpot trainings and onboarding.
- Be able to execute full marketing campaigns including blog publishing, email campaigns out of HubSpot, create and update workflows, create forms, publish landing pages, create CTAs, import contacts, and much more.
- Write up proposals for partnership renewals, along with up-sell opportunities.
- Delivering success and have fun while doing it.
Digital Marketing Strategist
Base salary + bonus (performance-based)

- Has full-funnel marketing strategy and execution experience in the B2B manufacturing space.
- Has experience building relationships with the C-Suite and leadership.
- Understands overall marketing strategy, aligning sales & marketing, and the HubSpot Flywheel.
- Can confidently determine clients' business, marketing, and sales objectives (goals).
- Can confidently communicate marketing results stories, and understands how to adjust tactics to obtain objectives.
- Wants to be empowered to grow into a long-term career including a leadership position.
- Has a passion for bringing new ideas to the table, as well as learning new skills.
- High attention to quality, accuracy and thoroughness required.
- Ability to work independently as part of a remote team.
- HubSpot Certifications are a must.
Responsibilities Include:
- Building client relationships to retain and grow accounts in conjunction with the CSM (Client Success Managers).
- Develop overall marketing growth strategy, goal planning (OKR), and reporting KPIs along side the CSMs.
- Communicating clearly to our Creative team to best understand how they can help you deliver results.
- Managing and updating a go-to-market calendar.
- Managing resources to fully execute marketing and sales campaigns.
- Understanding reporting and analytics, and delivering the story to clients to help them grow better.
- Run HubSpot training and onboarding.
- Onboarding new hires with the Client Success Team.
- Manage the CSM Team, including assigning new accounts, and lead the CSM team meetings.
