Social Media Coordinator (Remote)
Base salary + bonus and benefits (performance-based)
$45,000 - $52,000
 
TMC Digital Media’s Social Media Coordinator will develop, implement, and manage social media posts and paid ads for our clients. This fully remote role aims to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and enhance clients’ online presence across various social media platforms. The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the Content Manager, Content Director, and Customer Success Managers to create compelling content, monitor social media channels, and analyze performance metrics. This is a full-time position. 
 
Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Create social media copy weekly for multiple clients on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency in voice for each client.
  • Work with creative and Client Success Managers on social media strategy. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to build out social media calendars and strategies for clients.
  • Monitor and manage outreach of brand content for client use.
  • Create, manage, and analyze paid LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram ads.
  • Research industry trends and best practices.
  • Should be able to convey the value of a solid social media strategy.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual metric reports.
 Qualifications:
  • 2+ years experience working in social media at a brand or agency.
  • Experience creating Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn paid ads. Experience working with Google Ads is a plus.
  • Experience using CRM scheduling tools - extra points for HubSpot knowledge.
  • Background using tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
  • Have the ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and be part of a team.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Have an understanding of social media metrics and analytics.
  • Photo and video skills are a plus.
