Hey there! My name is Brian Shearer and I’m excited to be the new Inbound Marketing Consultant here at TMC.

One thing you must know about me right from the start: I'm obsessed with breakfast sandwiches. Frankly, they should be called "Any Meal of the Day Sandwiches". Follow anything with "egg and cheese" and you'll have my attention (and likely a friend for life!)

Orignally from Upstate New York, I lived in the New York City area for several years. What brought me back? Maybe I missed the sound of crickets at night, the foot of snow at a moment's notice, or maybe it was the easy access to Brewery Ommegang and Saranac Brewery. A refreshing Nirvana IPA after 18 holes of golf is the perfect way to spend a summer day here. In the winter months, you'll find me nestled on the couch, cheering on Syracuse Orange basketball (Final Four!), likely with a Saranac Legacy IPA.

Joining TMC was a no-brainer. This is a company that brings energy and passion to everything that they do. The people here are simply amazing. Although I'm coming from the sports industry, my earliest work was in foodservice. I've been through the ringer as a waiter and a bartender (I pride myself on beer pouring). To be able to work with so many products and people in the industry again is an exciting proposition.

The potential that inbound holds for the future of marketing is what fires me up about this job. The digital space is constantly evolving and inbound, along with TMC, gives me the opportunity to be at the forefront of that change. I'm able to put my inbound skills to work, helping companies create the content that works best for them. My sports background has prepared me well for this newest chapter in my life, and I'm fortunate enough to have earned a spot in the TMC starting lineup.
